Appointed orthopaedic consultant in August 2004 in Darlington Memorial Hospital and developed shoulder and elbow service within County Durham and Darlington NHS Foundation Trust, both elective and complex shoulder and elbow trauma. Moved to South Tees Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust in April 2009 to further develop my interest in trauma and limb reconstruction.
