Extensive training in the Ilizarov method at the Russian Ilizarov Scientific Centre for Restorative Traumatology & Orthopaedics in Kurgan, Siberia, and 14 months of training in complex trauma & limb reconstruction at Bristol Royal Infirmary.
Faculty member of the UK Deformity Course provided by members of the British Limb Reconstruction Society.
Convenor and faculty member of national Basic Ilizarov Method and Advanced Ilizarov Method courses and a national Basic External Fixation course.
