Elizabeth Coleman is a physical therapist and athletic trainer. She loves both fields equally and excels at treating athletes of all ages who have orthopedic issues such as knee, shoulder and ankle pain. Helping kids and adults recover from orthopedic surgeries such as ACL repair, hip replacements, knee replacements, shoulder replacements and rotator cuff repair and helping them return to daily activities and sports is a passion of hers.
A long-time physical therapist, Coleman earned her bachelor’s degree from Grand Valley State University. Her parents connected her with volunteer opportunities in athletic training and health care in general at a young age. She has worked with sports team on the high school and college levels and as a therapist with the Olympic Provider Network. “I love working with athletes and people of all ages to help them get back to the game of life,” she says. “I work with my patients to set goals that are meaningful to them and regain what they have lost.”
Outside of work, Coleman enjoys spending time with family, traveling, gardening, exercising and crafting.
