Ms Ines Reichert completed her Specialist Trauma & Orthopaedic Training on the South East Deanery rotation after finishing a PhD in orthopaedic basic science at Imperial College.
She undertook Specialist Fellowship training in Toronto Canada; Murnau, Germany and King's College Hospital, London.
She was appointed a Consultant in Trauma & Orthopaedic Surgery at King's College Hospital NHS Trusts in 2016.
Her clinical interests are Hand & Wrist surgery, for elective and trauma conditions, and Diabetic Foot Reconstruction, a multidisciplinary subspeciality which has been significantly advanced by Prof Edmonds at King's College Hospital.
She has a strong interest in research and teaching and has taken on lead roles in clinical research trials (NIHR) and undergraduate teaching (KCL) at King's College Hospital, as well as serving on national (BORS Trustee, BOA Research Committee) and international committees (ORS / ISFR).
She is regularly invited as guest lecturer and has written and contributed to a number of publications and grant applications.
She has a brought outlook, specialist expertise and is always committed to her patients.
