CoFounder of Form and Function Physical Therapy, he’s a hands-on healer with over 20 years of clinical mastery, blending precision diagnostics, personalized one-on-one care, and cutting-edge techniques like dry needling, cupping, NMES, and manual therapy — all wrapped in 45-minute to an Hour sessions of laser-focused attention.
When he's not solving complex cases like foot overpronation, rotator cuff injuries, or post-operative stiffness, Dr. Shah enjoys spending time with his two children, tackling CrossFit workouts, taking long walks with his wife, and escaping to the beach for family vacations.
He is deeply invested in patient outcomes, professional polish, and smart, scalable practice growth. And even with your high standards, you never shy away from evolving — constantly refining documentation, asking sharp questions, and staying steps ahead.
