Mr Samir Ali Salih

Mr Samir Ali Salih is a Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon working at Barnsley Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. He graduated from the University of Oxford with honours and completed his higher surgical training on the South Yorkshire rotation. He undertook senior fellowships at James Cook University Hospital, a major revision centre, and at Northallerton, a high-volume elective hub. He also completed the Stryker MAKO fellowship, the highest level of training in the MAKO robotic system. His practice covers hip and knee replacement, including partial knee, total knee and total hip replacement. He performs surgery manually and robotic assisted. He additionally performs revision hip and knee replacements and is part of the South Yorkshire Regional Revision Network.
